Christopher Maravelas is entering his 24th year in his food service/culinary career. Born and raised in New York, where he was trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Christopher started his career working in an Italian restaurant called Gino’s Café; which was made famous by the movie “The Bronx Tale”. Chris has been working as an executive chef for almost 15 years, including his tenure in downtown Manhatten. Chris has recently joined Zorba's Family as their chef in New Bern.
