Caroline Rooks - Chef at The Hurricane Restaurant and Bar
Caroline is a native North Carolinian. She has grown up loving food and after being recently married at the Hurricane Restaurant has just recently joined them as their Executive Chef. During college, Caroline lived in France and participated in a culinary program. She worked at a variety of culinary jobs where she refined her skills and palette. Following her dream of cooking on a boat, Caroline landed a job as Executive Chef of the Star Clipper, an all-inclusive sailing fleet. After three years, she moved to dry ground again working as Executive Chef at The Sea Witch in Carolina Beach, NC. This is Caroline’s first year as a competitor in Culinary Combat.
